Walgreens is hiring a full-time, certified pharmacy technician to support non-clinical pharmacy operations and patient experiences within a Walgreens location in California. Under pharmacist supervision, you will enter prescriptions, prepare medications, and assist with vaccines and health services.

You will lead technician training, schedule tasks, and help maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with policies, laws, and safety standards.

Competenze

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including patient registration and prescription data entry.
• Prepare medications for patients, counting and verifying under pharmacist supervision.
• Support vaccines, health screenings and other services allowed by law under supervision of a pharmacist.
• Manage non-clinical pharmacy workflow and assist with training and development of technicians.
• Coordinate inventory, reports, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
