Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Pharmacy Department Manager to lead day-to-day operations, oversee drug distribution, IV systems, and ensure medication safety and regulatory compliance. You will manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and performance improvement, while coaching pharmacists and collaborating with other departments to support patient care.

Qualifications include Pharm.D. and MA licensure, strong leadership, and hospital pharmacy experience; MBA or management
