Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB certification is required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including prescription data entry and preparation of medications.
• Lead and train pharmacy technicians; participate in performance management and scheduling.
• Support store and pharmacy managers with operational goals, inventory duties, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with customers and teams; participate in meetings and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
