Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Kansas City, MO. The role oversees day-to-day pharmacy site operations, ensures safety and quality, and leads a team of technicians and pharmacists to meet service standards.

The position requires an active pharmacist license in at least one state (MO/KS preferred), strong knowledge of regulations, and proven experience with Lean, performance metrics, and team leadership within a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• Active Pharmacist license in domicile state and ability to obtain licenses where required.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Strong written and oral communication, able to analyze data and solve problems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall safety, quality, performance and customer experience of site operations.
• Manage daily operations and ensure same-day delivery commitments in partnership with co-located facilities.
• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and potential interactions, advise prescriber as needed.
• Set clear expectations, measure performance, provide feedback, and maintain high standards.
• Educate staff on policies and guidelines; lead quality initiatives and process improvements.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning; drive Lean projects.
