Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations under supervision of a pharmacist.
• Assist with patient registration, prescription data entry, and preparation of medications.
• Support vaccine administration, health screenings, and other services allowed by law.
• Delegate non-clinical tasks to technicians under company policies and laws.
• Maintain accurate records, inventory, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
