Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a full-time, on-site Certified Pharmacy Technician to support day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations, ensure efficient workflow, and provide a positive patient experience.

Under pharmacist supervision, you will manage prescription data entry, patient interactions, and various administrative tasks within company policies and state/federal regulations. You will also participate in training and performance management of technicians, assist with vaccines and health

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting preferred.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient registration and prescription data entry.
• Prepare medications for patients and assist with counting and verification where allowed by law.
• Support vaccine administration, health screenings, and other health services where permitted by law.
• Lead non-clinical tasks, delegate work, and ensure on-time completion per company policies.
• Contribute to training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
