Walgreens Co. is seeking a full-time, on-site Pharmacy Technician to support day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations under a pharmacist's supervision in Gilbert, AZ.

The role includes patient registration, prescription data entry, and assisting with vaccines and health services where permitted by law. You will lead training and performance management for technicians, oversee scheduling and workflow, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist pharmacist with patient registration and prescription data entry.
• Prepare medications for patients and assist with vaccines and health services where allowed by law.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Manage scheduling and workflow to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
