• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities.
• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities, including prescription data entry and preparation of medications.
• Manage pharmacy workflow and supervise non-clinical staff under pharmacist guidance.
• Lead training, coaching and performance management of technicians.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws and regulatory requirements.
