Qualifications

• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities.
• Ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experience.
• Process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Lead training, coaching and performance management of technicians.
• Assist pharmacist with patient care including registration, data entry, medication preparation, and related calls.
• Manage inventory and pharmacy records; ensure compliance and security.
• Handle insurance claims processing and third-party audits.
