Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification required.
• One year of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and obtain immunization certification within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of technicians.
• Ensure efficient workflow and a positive patient experience.
• Assist with registration, prescription data entry, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and store management on operations and compliance.
