Qualifications

• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including registration, prescription data entry, preparation of medications.
• Handle patient and physician calls under pharmacist supervision; support vaccines and health services where allowed.
• Ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experience; train and mentor technicians.
