Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experience
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of technicians and handle discipline as needed
• Engage customers, resolve complaints, and provide non-clinical questions and services to enhance customer experience
• Assist with patient registration, prescription data entry, and preparation/verification of medications under supervision
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and inventory management
• Coordinate with Pharmacy Manager on recordkeeping, security, and daily scheduling
• Support immunization clinics and community events and manage outreach partnerships
