Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital settings.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities under supervision.
• Support pharmacy workflow to ensure efficient operations and positive patient experience.
• Register patients, enter prescriptions, prepare medications, and assist with vaccines and health services where allowed by law.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians; participate in discipline decisions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and Good Faith Dispensing guidelines.

Education
