Job summary

St. Francis Hospital Interquest is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Coordinator to oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution of pharmacy supplies and equipment. You will manage automated solutions, monitor QA, and support staff to maintain operational standards across the hospital pharmacy.

The role requires a registered Pharmacy Tech in the state, 2 years of pharmacy experience, and current CPTEXCPT/CPTPTCB/CPHT certifications, with collaborative teamwork and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Two years of recent pharmacy experience or equivalent.
• Registered Pharmacy Tech in the state of employment.
• Active CPTEXCPT or CPTPTCB or CPHT certification in good standing in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and monitors site-specific inventory of medications, supplies, and IV solutions.
• Coordinates procurement of medications, IV solutions, supplies, and special items via purchasing system.
• Serves as pharmacy administrator and SME for automated distribution system.
• Oversees ADC console; trains staff; liaises between ADC and Pharmacy; monitors security.
