ASK Consulting seeks a Pharmacy Technician Inventory Coordinator to oversee facility inventory, keeping the pharmacy clean, organized, and ready for dispensing operations.

Responsibilities include purchasing, receiving, cycle counting, and ensuring pick stations are stocked, with attention to refrigerators and back stock organization. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and data entry experience, with a TX Pharmacy Technician license preferred.

Qualifications

  • 3+ months experience in warehouse, purchasing, or inventory environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • 3+ months data entry using handheld RF device.
  • Texas Pharmacy Technician License in good standing (TX).
  • CVS Caremark requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Purchasing, receiving, tracking, and replenishing inventory.
  • Manage returns and monitor product trends to maintain inventory levels.
  • Ensure pharmacy pick stations are stocked with medications and supplies.
  • Maintain dispensing and back stock refrigerators in an organized manner.
  • Provide packing supplies to Operations and keep pack stations stocked.
  • Monitor and remove short-dated or expired products from active inventory.
  • File inventory and SOX documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership; role may be physically demanding.
