Blink Health is seeking a Pharmacy Operations (PPC) Manager in Pittsburgh, PA. You will hire, lead, and develop a high‑performing production workforce to navigate complex pharmacy workflows and resolve critical customer escalations.

You will own end-to-end operational delivery across multiple workstreams while championing patient outcomes and regulatory compliance in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience scaling operations/production in a startup or high-volume company (healthcare tech/pharmacy preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy and patient service workflows to SLAs, quality standards, and productivity targets.
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment and shipping operations, including escalation resolution, reshipments, and external pharmacy partner coordination.
• Monitor daily shipment pipelines and quality reports to ensure on-time delivery, order accuracy, and proactive resolution of fulfillment blockers.
• Lead resolution of complex patient, customer, and cross-functional escalations, including shipping, billing, clinical, and inventory inquiries.
