BlinkRx is seeking a seasoned Patient Support Leader to manage a growing team of specialists and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment. This role emphasizes SLA adherence, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance patient experience across the prescription journey.

You will coach and develop team members, resolve complex escalations, and drive process improvements that ensure scalable growth and exceptional service delivery for patients

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast paced environment.
• 2+ years of customer service, call center, healthcare or related experience.
• Ability to leverage data to make crucial decisions independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing team of Patient Support Specialists and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to SLAs.
• Review performance data to meet and exceed targets across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational improvements and productivity.
• Manage queue, backlogs and workflows to optimize performance.
• Leverage customer insights to identify workflow improvements and overall customer experience.
• Resolve complex escalations with discretion.
• Foster a collaborative and cohesive team dynamic.
