Job summary

Orsini Rare Disease Pharmacy Solutions seeks a Director, Pharmacy Operations, RPh to lead the specialty pharmacy pharmacist team across onsite and remote operations, ensuring high-quality clinical services and regulatory compliance.

You will work with pharmacy fulfillment, nursing, providers, and leadership to optimize patient outcomes, develop standardized workflows, and contribute to strategic growth while maintaining patient safety and program quality.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in good standing with willingness to obtain multi-state licensure.
• 8+ years of pharmacy experience; leadership experience in specialty pharmacy is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of REMS and limited distribution drug requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership, oversight, and management for the specialty pharmacy pharmacist team across onsite and remote operations.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain highly qualified specialty pharmacists.
• Develop and implement competency assessments and continuing education programs.
• Collaborate with pharmacy fulfillment operations, therapy teams, providers, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and payer requirements.
