KabaFusion in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to coordinate and supervise home infusion pharmacy services, including sterile preparation, dispensing and clinical support.
The role requires a PharmD or MSc in Pharmacy, current California license, and at least five years of pharmacy operations experience, with strong leadership, QA focus, and collaboration with distribution and nursing teams.
Competenze
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy or Master of Science in Pharmacy desirable.
- Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in California.
- Minimum of five years’ pharmacy and nursing operations/clinical pharmacy experience in home infusion therapy.
Mansioni
- Oversee branch pharmacy operations and staff performance.
- Direct sterile and non-sterile preparation, dispensing and clinical services.
- Coordinate with Distribution/Manager to optimize operations and procurement.
- Lead recruitment, training and performance reviews for pharmacy personnel.
- Develop, monitor and report on QA and performance improvement initiatives.
- Participate in branch budget development and financial objectives.
