Job summary

KabaFusion in Carmel, IN seeks a Director of Pharmacy to lead the branch’s pharmacy operations, sterile product preparation, and clinical services. The role ensures compliance and quality across dispensing and patient care.

Under minimal direction, you’ll recruit, coach, and evaluate staff, manage the budget, and collaborate with leadership to achieve monthly and annual objectives. Significant experience in home infusion is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD; master’s acceptable.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the practice state.
• Minimum five years in pharmacy, nursing ops, and home infusion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall functioning of the branch pharmacy.
• Direct and supervise sterile prep, dispensing, and clinical services.
• Lead recruitment, hires, and performance reviews for staff.
• Coordinate with Distribution Supervisor/Manager on operations.
• Develop and manage branch budgets and projections.
