KabaFusion is seeking a Director of Operations in Oklahoma City to oversee pharmacy, nursing, business development, intake, and revenue management. You will interact with subordinate managers and Corporate Executives to ensure productivity, profitability, stability, and optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires a PharmD/BS/MS and pharmacist licensure in the employing state, plus prior management experience and accreditation know-how. Join a national network with a commitment to care and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• 5 years of prior management experience preferred.
• Experience with accreditation processes; quality/performance improvement; developing, implementing, and executing policies and procedures.
• Currently licensed as a registered pharmacist in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of location operations including pharmacy, nursing, business development, intake, and revenue management.
• Provide leadership to staff and collaborate with Corporate Executives to meet productivity, profitability, and patient outcomes.
• Assist in budget, revenue responsibility, and purchasing as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and efficient patient care workflows.
• Hire, coach, appraise, and discipline subordinate staff; delegate daily operations.
