Job summary

Outcomes is seeking a Pharmacist Supervisor to lead pharmacists delivering MTM services. The role ensures direct reports meet performance and quality standards while supporting Clinical Services with operational goals.

You will supervise day-to-day clinical call center operations, coach staff, monitor metrics, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. The position requires a PharmD or equivalent, active license, and MTM certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or PharmD from ACPE-accredited program.
• Active pharmacy license in home state.
• Completion of MTM certificate course.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical call center operations to meet performance goals.
• Lead and develop clinical pharmacists through coaching and resources.
