Job summary

Imperial Health Plan of California, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Services Supervisor to guide the Pharmacy Department team, including pharmacists, technicians, and concierge staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with health plan operations and care management.
• Knowledge of Part D, STAR measures and CMS guidelines.
• Experience with MTM/ CCM programs and PBM oversight.
• Ability to handle sensitive/ confidential data per HIPAA rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train Pharmacy Department staff (Pharmacists, Technicians, concierge team).
• Manage reports impacting medication adherence, STARs, and HEDIS measures.
• Coordinate member/provider outreach to improve chronic disease management.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly department operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop training materials and deliver ongoing staff education.
