Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Augusta seeks a Pharmacy Support Coordinator to join a Medication Therapy Management team in the Twin Cities area. You will support MTM initiatives, coordinate patient outreach, and help with scheduling and refill processing.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate has a healthcare degree (pharmacy tech or medical assistant), pharmacy experience, and proficiency with Excel and EPIC.

Qualifications

• A healthcare degree such as Pharmacy Tech or Medical Assistant is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Care Administration would also be a fit.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably 2 years.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Proficient with the EPIC system.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Work in referral queues.
• Manage quality adherence concerns.
• Assist with Inbasket management.
• Prepare refill requests.
• Assist in scheduling patient visits.
• Coordinate MTM engagement campaigns for high priority patient populations, including proactive outreach.
