Job summary

Interim Healthcare in the Twin Cities area is seeking a Pharmacy Support Coordinator to support MTM services in St. Louis Park. The role focuses on coordinating MTM campaigns, managing referrals, and assisting with scheduling patient visits in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have pharmacy-related education, 2 years in a pharmacy setting, and strong Excel/EPIC skills, with excellent communication and reliability. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmacy setting preferred (2 years).
• Proficient in Excel and with the EPIC system.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MTM engagement campaigns for high-priority patient populations.
• Manage referral queues and address quality adherence concerns.
• Assist with inbasket management and prepare refill requests.
• Schedule patient visits and coordinate MTM activities.

Pharmacy Support Coordinator

Interim Healthcare is looking to add to our dynamic team of Healthcare professionals! Grow professionally and personally as you work in the top medical facilities in the Twin Cities Metro area. This immediate need is in a Medication Therapy Management Department in St. Louis Park.

Schedule

Monday- Friday 8a-4:30p.

Pay

$30.74 to $34.86/ Hour depending on experience

Essential Job Duties

• Working in referral ques
• Manage quality adherence concerns
• Assisting with Inbasket management
• Preparing refill requests
• Assist in scheduling patient visits
• Coordinate and execute multiple Medication Therapy Management (MTM) engagement campaigns for high priority patient populations, including proactive outreach

Requirements

• A healthcare degree such as a Pharmacy Techor Medical Assistant is preferred. Bachelors degree in Business or Health CareAdministration would also be a fit.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably 2 years.
• Proficient in Excel
• Proficient with the EPIC system
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
