HealthPartners is seeking a Pharmacy Technician, MTM Support Coordinator to join our team. You will support MTM operations, assist with initiating specialty medications, and coordinate with patients for medication assistance programs.

The role requires an Associate's degree (healthcare/finance), 3+ years in healthcare, and a Certified Pharmacy Technician credential. Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, 3 remote.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree with a healthcare or finance focus and 3 years of healthcare experience.
• Approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified pharmacy technician

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for MTM operations within the health system.
• Assist patients and staff with initiating complex specialty medications.
• Coordinate with patients and staff to apply for medication assistance programs.
• Work with multiple teams across the organization and external pharmacies to ensure access to specialty meds.
• Assist MTM pharmacists with administrative duties so they focus on patient care.
