Job summary

Soap Creek Resources seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee all departments—pharmacy, administrative/clerical, and sales—ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. The role includes financial oversight and communication with owners and corporate offices on performance and clinical implementation.

Qualifications

• Must hold B.S. or PharmD and be in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills; strong computer skills.
• Business and financial understanding of operating a profitable pharmacy.
• Preferred: three (3) years clinical experience.
• Preferred: experience managing pharmacy support personnel.
• Preferred: infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy, administrative/clerical, and sales operations in compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.
• Maintain the physical organization of the pharmacy and liaise with Board of Managements and staff.
• Hire, orient, and evaluate employees; uphold regulatory mandates for health care professionals.
• Lead strategic planning to increase revenue and improve quality of care.
• Maintain USP <797> knowledge to ensure quality and sterility of compounded sterile products.
• Oversee performance improvement processes and assign staff to projects.
• Review charts and lab results for product and device selection and supply management.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate clinical information to physicians and healthcare team.
• Supervise compounding, packaging, and labeling of products; train new staff.
