Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or Bachelor of Pharmacy from a US accredited school.
• 2+ years of related retail pharmacy experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Participation in clinical programs following company training.
• Commitment to continuing education and confidentiality of information.
• Proven leadership and ability to write routine reports.
• Current license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model professional behavior.
• Develop and promote sales plans and initiatives within the division pharmacy department.
• Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, and inventory goals.
• Ensure proper ordering, inventory record keeping, and avoid overstock.
• Compliance with controlled substance procedures and third-party/audit processes.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs and reduce customer wait times.
• Maintain all required pharmacy records per state and federal laws.
• Provide public health initiatives and disease state management services.
• Travel as needed to support business needs.
• Coach and evaluate direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
