Qualifications

• Immunization Certification required (e.g., APhA).
• Two years of retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or Pharm.D. with equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain collaborative relationship with store operations and drive associate engagement.
• Ensure accuracy of prescriptions via Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance.
• Manage department to grow script volume through MTM and immunization programs.
• Control inventory and ordering to meet customer demand and maximize profits.
• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy staff; provide training and coaching.
• Ensure security and proper handling of the pharmacy department.
• Address customer issues to build trust and loyalty.
