Meijer Inc. invites a Pharmacy Manager to lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensure accurate filling, patient safety, and exemplary service.

The role directs staffing, conducts performance reviews, trains staff, and implements programs while mentoring pharmacists and technicians to advance clinical services and store profitability.

Strong leadership, compliance with state and federal laws, and a commitment to Meijer policies are essential. This is a leadership role in a multi-state retailer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy required.
• Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice.
• CPR Certification.
• 3 years of experience in retail/community practice.
• One year management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct and supervise pharmacy team in day-to-day operations.
• Fill prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Educate and mentor pharmacists and technicians.
• Implement pharmacy programs including clinical services and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to Meijer policies and state/federal laws.
