Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in Ohio (PharmD or B.Pharm)
• Certified immunizer status required
• Willing to complete LAI training and administer LAI

Responsibilities

• Create a great consumer and clinic partner experience; build relationships to meet needs
• Counsel and educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and schedules
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws; supervise staff and operations
• Perform wellness services such as immunizations and preventive care
• Drive pharmacy profitability and identify growth opportunities
• Recruit and develop pharmacy staff; foster an engaging, compassionate team environment
• Promote opportunities and recruit talent across pharmacies
