Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Cincinnati, OH. This role oversees daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, staff coaching, and ensuring clinical and financial performance. The position emphasizes collaboration with clinic partners and immunization services.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekend or holiday work. The ideal candidate will lead a customer-focused team and drive growth in pharmacy offerings

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist's license in Ohio.
• Certified immunizer.
• Willing to complete LAI training and administer LAI.

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds strong relationships.
• Serves as an expert to the clinical staff and supports clinical outcomes.
• Counsels and educates patients on medication usage and side effects.
• Ensures pharmacy staff follow policies and state/federal laws.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
• Responsible for financial profitability and identifies growth opportunities.
• Motivates and coaches pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Builds relationships with community, stakeholders and clinic partners.
• Drives marketing plans and materials for pharmacy offerings.
