Job summary

The role focuses on coaching pharmacy staff, driving financial performance, and maintaining compliance with state and federal laws while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service. You will build relationships with the community, promote pharmacy services and recruit top talent to strengthen the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist's license in Michigan.
• Certified immunizer.
• Willing to complete LAI training and administer LAI.

Responsibilities

• Creates an engaging consumer and clinic partner experience and builds relationships to meet needs.
• Serves as an expert to clinical staff and meets with team to support clinical outcomes.
• Counsels and educates patients on medication usage, adverse effects, schedules, and questions.
• Ensures the pharmacy and team follow policies and standards in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations, flu shots and other preventive services.
• Responsible for financial profitability and identifies opportunities to drive growth in the pharmacy.
• Motivates, develops and coaches all pharmacy staff to ensure they reach potential and deliver exceptional service.
• Builds solid relationships with community, stakeholders and clinic partners to meet needs and promote the pharmacy business.
• Drives marketing plans and materials to promote all pharmacy offerings.
