Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
Current pharmacist's license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Creates an engaging consumer and clinic partner experience.
Serves as an expert to the clinical staff and meets their clinical outcomes.
Counsels and educates patients on medication usage and potential adverse effects.
Ensures adherence to policies and standards per state and federal laws.
Performs wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
Responsible for financial profitability and growth opportunities for the pharmacy.
Motivates, develops and coaches all pharmacy staff.
Promotes opportunities and recruits top talent for the pharmacies.
Reviews KPIs with pharmacy staff to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
