Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Florida to lead daily pharmacy operations and provide exceptional patient and clinic support.

You will oversee dispensing, immunization services, and staff development while ensuring compliance with regulations. This leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality care and driving growth within the pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist's license in the state of Florida.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and continually builds strong relationships with both groups to proactively meet their needs.
• Oversees daily operations of the pharmacy including dispensing prescription medications and spending time with consumers.
• Coaches, develops and manages pharmacy staff to ensure optimal performance and service.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and internal policies and standards.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and preventive services.
• Drives financial profitability and identifies opportunities to grow the pharmacy business.
