Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations, ensure clinical quality, and drive patient-focused service in our community clinics. You will supervise staff, manage finances, and collaborate with clinicians to optimize medication use.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
Current pharmacist's license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Certified immunizer or willing to become one within 3 months of hire.
3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Creates strong consumer and clinic partner relationships and proactively meets needs.
Acts as clinical expert to staff and supports clinical outcomes.
Counsels and educates patients on medication use, adverse effects, and schedules.
Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and internal policies.
Performs wellness services such as immunizations and preventive care.
Drives financial profitability and identifies growth opportunities.
Coaches pharmacy staff and cultivates a compassionate team culture.
Builds community and clinical partner relationships to meet needs and promote services.
Leads marketing plans and materials for pharmacy offerings.
