Seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our leadership team at our dynamic community hospital. Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency is required
• Current pharmacist licensure in the state
• Minimum of 3–5 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience, with progressive leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Demonstrated expertise in sterile compounding regulations and medication safety practices
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of leading teams through operational change
