Job summary

Healthcare Resources Group of GA LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead inpatient pharmacy operations during a major expansion, shape clinical programs, and build a high-performing team.

You will oversee quality, compliance, budgets, and collaborate with hospital leadership to advance patient care, with required PharmD and WA license, and 5+ years inpatient experience.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent; WA Pharmacist license at hire and NPI required.
• 5+ years of acute-care inpatient pharmacist experience including inpatient pharmacy operations (ICU and ER background)
• 3+ years leading direct reports with hiring/termination responsibility
• 2+ years managing operational/project budgets
• Experience developing clinical workflows with multidisciplinary hospital teams.
