Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 1 to accurately fill and count medications, support operations, and assist with customer service tasks. You will ensure inventory levels with the supply team and operate under defined policies with some prioritization latitude.

The role offers a 40-hour week, benefits, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus with payments after hire and after six months of employment. This onsite position is located at Park75 Union Center in West Chester, OH.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Ohio Board of Pharmacy license.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a pharmacy call center/warehouse setting.
• Problem solver who can find viable solutions to business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Moderate working knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fills and counts medications and supports operational tasks.
• Performs varied administrative, operational, and customer support assignments.
• Ensures inventory levels adequate for dispensing with the inventory supply team.
• Work within defined policies with some latitude on prioritization and timing.
