Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Clinical Programs Pharmacy Technician Representative to support Pharmacists and members, focusing on prescription drugs and medication therapy. You will collaborate with a Clinical Programs supervisor to execute programs and drive comprehensive medication reviews.

The role requires a Pharmacy Technician license or national certification, plus English/Spanish fluency. Expect a 40-hour week with occasional travel to Humana offices for training.

Qualifications

• Resident State Pharmacy Technician License OR National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service or call center processes.
• Must have a designated work area with a door that locks.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and take inbound calls communicating with Humana members.
• Collect medication history information.
• Prepare members for a comprehensive medication review.
• Help guide prescription drug optimization for patients taking multiple medications.
• Assist Pharmacists by placing and retrieving calls to confirm patients are taking drugs and provide counseling.
