Job summary

Humana Inc. is hiring for the Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 at the West Chester Twp, Ohio site. You will accurately fill and count medications and support inventory with the supply team while following standard policies and procedures.

The role requires an active Ohio Board of Pharmacy license, PTCB or ExCPT certification, and experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a pharmacy call center or related setting. Strong communication and Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in Ohio.
• Must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or through ExCPT.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or any factory/warehouse setting experience.
• Problem solver who can find viable solutions that meets business needs, absent from all ideal tools and resources.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Moderate working knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fills and counts medications.
• Performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments.
• Ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team.
• Follows standard policies/practices that allow for interpretation or deviation under minimal direction.
