Job summary

Blink Health, onsite in Pittsburgh, seeks a Pharmacy Registration & Licensing Specialist to own licensing and credentialing across all locations. You will build scalable processes, maintain audit-ready records, and coordinate with operations, training, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

You will manage fingerprinting, registrations, renewals, and permissions within Blink's pharmacy software, ensuring compliance and timely action across sites including Pittsburgh, Austin, and Boise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with spreadsheets and data organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage initial licensing and registration for pharmacists, technicians, and regulated staff across Blink locations.
• Coordinate fingerprinting, background checks, and onboarding requirements with outside vendors.
• Track licensing expirations and renewal workflows; ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
• Maintain centralized licensing tracking system and audit-ready records.
• Own access permissions in Blink's pharmacy software for licensed staff.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and pharmacies to align licensing timelines.
