Job summary

BlinkRx is seeking a Pharmacy Registration & Licensing Specialist to own initial licensing and registrations across Blink sites, ensuring pharmacists, technicians, and regulated staff are properly credentialed. You will build scalable systems, maintain audit-ready records, and partner with Operations, Product, and Pharmacy leadership to keep licensing current and compliant across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end licensing and registration for pharmacists, technicians, and employees in regulated roles across Blink locations.
• Coordinate fingerprinting, background checks, and onboarding requirements with state boards and vendors.
• Maintain centralized licensing records and renewal lifecycles, ensuring timely updates and renewals.
• Proactively monitor license status to keep all credentials active, compliant, and in good standing.
