You will build scalable processes, partner with operations, product and pharmacy leadership, and ensure rigorous documentation and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing professional licenses and registrations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with state Board of Pharmacy licensing requirements.
• Strong documentation and recordkeeping discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end initial licensing and registration for pharmacists, technicians and regulated staff across Blink locations.
• Coordinate fingerprinting, background checks and onboarding requirements with external vendors.
• Track license renewals and maintain compliance across jurisdictions.
• Own access permissions within Blink's pharmacy software and collaborate with product/engineering teams.
