Blink Health in Pittsburgh is seeking a Pharmacy Registration & Licensing Specialist to own the licensing and credentialing process for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and regulated staff. You will build and maintain systems to keep us compliant and partner with operations, product, and pharmacy leadership.

This high-visibility role requires precision, organization, and the ability to scale licensing infrastructure as Blink grows across locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end initial licensing and registration for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and employees in regulated roles across all Blink locations
• Coordinate fingerprinting, background checks, and onboarding requirements with outside vendors
• Track state-specific licensing protocols and ensure training milestones are completed before status changes
• Maintain audit-ready records of licenses, registrations, submissions, renewals, and compliance documentation
• Own access permissions within Blink’s pharmacy software system to ensure proper regulated access
