Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to own licensing, registration, and credentialing for pharmacists, technicians, and staff across Blink locations. You will build scalable tracking systems, manage onboarding requirements, and ensure compliance with state boards.

The role emphasizes precision, organization, and proactive communication with supervisors and PICs across multiple sites, including Pittsburgh and other locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree is a plus.
• No prior licensing or credentialing experience required—we will train the right person.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end initial licensing and registration for pharmacists, technicians, and staff across Blink locations.
• Coordinate fingerprinting, background checks, and state onboarding requirements with vendors.
• Maintain centralized licensing tracking system and ensure audit-ready records.
• Oversee access permissions within Blink's pharmacy software to regulated tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Pharmacy leadership) to align licensing milestones with onboarding.
