Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the Bowling Green, OH pharmacy on-site. The role oversees staffing, drug dispensing, clinical services, and adherence to corporate and legal policies, while driving profitability and service excellence.

The candidate will mentor pharmacists and technicians, implement programs, and maintain high standards of patient safety and service quality in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy required.
• Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise day-to-day pharmacy operations.
• Hire and train staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Fill prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Manage finances, inventory, scheduling and compliance with policies.
• Oversee clinical services including immunizations.
• Ensure patient safety and regulatory adherence.
