Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current license in good standing in the state(s) to practice.
• Active immunizing pharmacist certification.
• Knowledge of state and Federal pharmacy laws.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge or Supervising Pharmacist as required and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee financial performance of the department, including sales growth and gross margins.
• Manage daily operations of the pharmacy department and staff scheduling.
• Promote pharmacy business through company initiatives and community relations.
• Provide immunizations according to Standard Practice and expectations.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and patient counseling.
