Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree with licensure in the practicing state.
• Immunizing pharmacist certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) or Supervising Pharmacist (SP) as required.
• Oversee financial performance of the department including sales growth, margins and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual and regulatory laws.
• Oversee daily pharmacy department operations and staff development.
• Promote the pharmacy business and build community relationships.
• Immunize customers according to Company policy and expectations.
• Hire, train and develop pharmacists and technicians; assist in interviewing.
• Coordinate scheduling and training of pharmacy personnel.
