Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current license in good standing to practice in the relevant state.
• Active immunizing pharmacist certification.
• Ability to interpret state and Federal pharmacy laws.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Managers and other associates on operations.
• Oversee professional and business operations within the pharmacy department.
• Identify store level sales and marketing opportunities with the Store Manager.
• Supervise duties and training of pharmacy staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing and ongoing personnel training.
• Perform immunizations per Company standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and effective communication within the team.
• Conform to Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual and Company policies.
• Support safety standards and report needed equipment repairs.
